Could go to all three. If it goes to the boss's bonus, it gets taxed at individual tax rate. If it goes to bottom line it gets taxed at 34%.

As I said yesterday, a portion of that 100K is taxable as corp income, gets reinvested in hiring another employee, gets distributed to shareholders (where it is taxed again), is used for business expansion, and is used for capital investment.
