Despite a lot pf self-serving blather disguised as a serious political discussion, Biden did make a good point last night on Charlie Rose: The way to undermine Hamas and Arafat is to fund the Prime Minister's office so that he can effectively compete with Hamas' social services.

Nadine, you and I know that this is Hamas' strong point. It is difficult to ask the Pals to bite the hand that feeds them. We need to get another hand in the mix.
