I dont have exact numbers, but thats a good ballpark for people killed in religious riots - as opposed to "murder".

I have not heard any evidence that they were "murders", much less that it was "state organized".

3) Does the present ruling party in India have a history of radical anti-Muslim propaganda?

I dont believe so. The current party in power potentially has a "pro hindu" philosophy, which is not strange when you consider that about 80% of the population practices some form of the hindu religion. The opposition parties also favor hindu sentiments. As a democracy people in India do have the opportunity to vote in/out any specific party.

Having answered your questions, I am still wondering about what point you are trying to make.
