Boy, the word "stupid" is sure being tossed-about a lot today. And there's no better place to post that word than on the George W Bush thread.

We're probably just thinking of different usages of the same word. I'll bet you're thinking, "having mental faculties undulled by sleep, faintness, or stupor." I was thinking of, "perceiving, apprehending or noticing with a degree of controlled thought or observation."
