I most often hold qqq shorts until Friday..
While I may BOX them off with longs
during the week, ( it's legal to box ETFs )
and often faster to drop the long side, than
to get another short.
----
Today was a mess for me..( Thunder Storms
in my area ) I had dropped my long side..
and didn't want to pick it back up..
So I closed the short early as I couldn't stay
connected..( every time lighting hit close it seems
my hook up would break , and I finally got afraid
it was going to stay down)
---
I made a little on the short but it looks like I
left a lot on the table, I may try it again tomorrow
if we get anykind of early rally that don't push
the NDX above the nasdaq,
-----
Today did turn into a bull trap, while I was hooked up
I could see them buying the dip , and then getting
mulled by the bears.
