re...some kind of recapture... So this person was arguing a sharp rise in his assessment after he had obtained a reduction earlier. Many sought a reduction the last recession and a few obtained one from what I've been told by acquaintances. But I've never personally seen anyone get one. I'll do a quick search if I find it I'll post. thanks
