Dont wait for market- pay one mortgage now.

If you need money later, can always refinance.Or get a home-improvement loan with less paperwork.
Bet a good horse once, back in 1969, paid that mortgage off. Never had another.Coooooooooooooooooooool
Take the Prilosec (or equivalent) in the morning, not at night, or else its gone from the bloodstream when you need it in the daytime.
It will be over-the-counter soon and much cheaper, I hear.
The self investing is hard work, and too much mental.
Get some light exercise, lift light weights at a health club or walk several miles.
Nothing big or serious until it catches on as something useful or fun. Trainers a big help.
I dont trust the OBL tape. He more likely has only one arm and a leg left after the bombings
