You don't find him suitable. YOU don't want him being a masseur, until your conscience is warmed...and so you want him to leave the profession.

At the risk of being utterly boring and repetitious,

I do not find HIM unsuitable for the WORK, I find the WORK unsuitable for HIM

because he cannot fulfill all the expectations of that work, the requirements of the typical masseur job description. If he is able to find a niche in which he can operate and be successful, good for him. I certainly wouldn't suggest he change fields, only that someone with his conscience reconsider training for that field in the first place and find a field where he could satisfy the full job description and wouldn't be limited in his career opportunities.

If you can get your head around the notion that the job is unsuitable for him rather than the other way around, maybe you will find my examples more apt.
