You either have a chip on your shoulder or you need remedial reading lessons.

Please bear in mind that what I used to do for a living had much to do with having the right fit between jobs and people. That's what I saw in this issue and why I stepped in. You were treating it as a fairness issue or a conscience issue or a legal issue and I thought looking at it from a different angle--as a job fit issue--might be enlightening. Guess not.
