We have lost 3 million jobs in 3 years in this country, 100K last month alone. Because salaries in the US are too high. Maybe a normal CSCO employee with 6 years experience is only worth $40k, not $80k. Companies only offshore to save labor cost - if you think jobs should stay onshore then argue for salary deflation.
