Lahara's predicament landed on the front pages of New York's two leading tabloids Tuesday and lured an encampment of reporters to the Manhattan apartment where she lives with her mother and 9-year-old brother. They probably didn't even have a lawyer. And if she did, it was probably some third-rater they could afford who couldn't lawyer himself out of a wet paper bag. RIAA just rolled a poor 12 year old.
