Luc. Just pare positions way down. From 65% allocation to PM stocks 3-4 wks ago, looking at bout 15-17% now. FWIW, am not a gold bug. Most of years in the biz been focused on energy, particularly E&Ps. AFA shorting? 20 yrs or more ago, luved to play both sides. And made some large money for clients on the short side in the 1981 tech massacre. One guy got so excited, he went out and got shit hammered for several days.<lol> Money sure makes people do strange things. Guess every person has a different biological AWA a portfolio size meter that tells you when to get more conservative with the trading style. For me, it was mid 50s. Too old for adult soccer? Too old for short selling.<g> Do play in the putski sand box now and then though. Between layoffs and a nasy market for amateur bag holders, methiinks some folks must be getting hit pretty hard this year, as the basher population seems to have taken a jump. Rock on! Isopatch
