BSX In spite of JNJ's sue, asking for an injunction on BSX's Taxus; the FDA warning letter and SG Cowen recent downgrade, the stock seems to be doing OK.<g> They announced yesterday a series of agreements with CryoVascular Systems,which has received FDA clearance and EU CE Mark for a proprietary angioplasty device for PVD. They will be presenting results of TAXUS IV on Monday, September 15 at the TCT conference in Washington, D.C. The stock seems to be finding support at the 56 level, which was also the L in July. siliconinvestor.com Bernard
