re: MHCA - Mariner Health - $9.75 wow - one of the best stocks to be in yesterday's weak market environment. Almost at $10 now.. I heard some comments on their RealEstate holdings alone worth $18 on the Yahoo OHI thread by a knowledgable poster (KpMG).. My target on this one is north of $20..
