I agree you can't blame Dick Grasso. His job is to get as much as possible from those that pay him. I do the same when trying to negotiate salary (of course not at the same nose bleed level as Grasso). The trouble is the whole system is odd in that he is paid by those he regulates and they made him very, very rich!
