As an ethical matter, if the quality of care will be affected much, I think that the doctor has an obligation to offer treatment. If, on the other hand, there are plenty of doctors to go around, including those who do not mind gay patients, I think he is allowed to discriminate, assuming a moral revulsion against homosexuality..........
