Investigated, not prosecuted. The last time that I looked, the Senate only had the power to torment, not prosecute, people. The Carlyle Group did not train the Saudi military. Vinnell, a company that was once owned by Carlyle and is now owned by Northrup Grumman, trained them. They still train them. You may remember that another company, MPRI, which is based in Virginia, secretly trained the Croatian military with the tacit approval of the Clinton administration. Welcome to the real world.
