GST, first of all, I never said I've read "lots of polls", those are your words. I said I've read two or three polls, mostly from foreign sources.
Obviously, marketing pressures, (and perhaps some ignorance) pushes pollsters to say "they are the first".
I simply said if you were that interested you should do your own homework and find out. Finding the one I just linked took about 10 minutes of my time. The other polls I remember reading were posted on the Foreign Affairs Discussion thread. Search there if you're so inclined.
Others on SI who know me after all these years, know it's never wise to infer, or otherwise say I'm a liar. They always end up with mud on their nose. If I say I saw it, if I say I read it, or if I say it happened to me personally, believe it, it's the truth.
Disagree with me all you wish, but don't insult me with a not so clever clandestine inference. |
