I think "the war has ended" is somewhat debatable. I think Bush forgot to release the tape of his jet landing on the carrier to Al Jazeera and some people don't know that the war is over.

Funny you mentioned Vietnam. Wasn't that a guerilla war with infiltration through neighboring countries. Do you think Bush is trying to show us how we should have won in Vietnam?
