Do you really want to take away my young neighbor's option to reject massage clients for no other reason but that they seem strange to her? No. She has the right to accept or reject on the basis of spookiness, on the basis that they haven't showered for a month, on lots of bases that have to deal with the individual client's behavior. But not, I submit, on some immutable characteristic like race, gender, hair color, etc. That's, or me, the distinction. Prejudgment based on immutable characteristic vs. judgment based on actual condition or circumstance or behavior.
