Tom, I never offered my opinion of the amount of value my posts brought to the board. I merely said my posts were reasonable, on-topic and didn't attack those who I disagreed with.

It's still fraud if I'm refused the service I paid $129 for, even if my posts brought zero value to the board. That's not even the issue.

I was not troublesome to the owners of the site before I was suspended, it was the dreamy-eyed bulls who constantly complained that my perspectives were lies, etc. and who threatened to leave if I wasn't hushed up. I can tell you honestly that I never lied on that board, and the owners of the site have a duty to deal with unreasonable complaints in a manner that doesn't affect the service I purchased. It sounds like you are saying they took the easy way out at my expense. That could be but it's still fraud. I didn't attack anyone or otherwise violate the user agreement.

I can't say the same for many bulls who are still posting there.
