Without the UN inspectors all we had was Iraqi exiles, and they told us one tall tale after another. Blix had the only real on-the-ground intel, and he remarked about how bad the US intel was. You can blow hot air all day -- it is a free country - but our intel on Iraq stank. No WMDs as advertised. No nuke program. No mobile weapons labs. Nothing. Just lousy book-keeping and stories from people that were egging us on to invade and gift them political power.
