I'm highly confident about Kerry winning. Not "desperate" at all. You'll see.
Even the media reports things later than they are happening quite often. Like just coming out with the Bush-Bin lauden connections story 18 months after it was first reported.
Dean is in trouble now and he knows it. yes he has the Nader anti-war votes behind him and many in New Hampshire but Clark was his last chance to overcome most peoples' knowledge that Dean is Bush's favorite candidate to run against, and for good reason. Because Dean has zero foreign or military experience. Dean also just flipflopped six times in a few weeks. Amazing.
Meanwhile, Bush is 70% discredited with the voters (only 29% say they will vote for him per CNN poll) and Gephardt, Lieberman, Edwards and Graham are not going anywhere, though they're all impressive men. Ask yourself, who's left and who is #1 in the latest CNN poll? John Kerry. 6'4", Silver Star Winner, smart as a whip, very presidential and with tons of money, stature, experience and credibility.
Why would I be "desperate"? Going to a big fundraiser for Kerry on Tuesday. Some of the biggest names in California will be there hosting it. Including Diane Feinstein, major CEO's and some of the most powerful people in the television business. I just got two major (and straight-thinking sober) rock stars to agree to do concerts for him. More money in the bank. They come to Kerry, Kerry doesn't even have to ask. And for good reason. Smart people KNOW. Only fools or zealots back Bush or Dean. |
