just to further add to the NAV update confusion... there were actually two definition releases on 9/11/03. the first was an IU, initially available on the FTP server, then a few hours later on the IU securityresponse server. the second release was a LU, issued late in the evening of 9/11/03. if you updated via IU, thinking that there would be no LU, you were wrong. there is a second release comprised of 3 definitions on the LU server. securityresponse.symantec.com hth
