Bush is probably dyslexic Bush can read his teleprompter okay. His major malfunction is more likely temporal aphasia and not dyslexia. His defects would be in the areas of encoding and decoding audio information, which is why he doesn't learn from what he hears, gets frustrated if someone speaks a foriegn language, and cannot translate thoughts into verbal sequences.
