The NC Employment Security Commission is now laying off its own employees cause their budget is shot for the year due to all the temporary workers they've had to hire in the last few months. (Temps are gone too).

They would like the 10% plus unemployed in some counties to make "better use of their computers to file continuing claims and search for jobs".

Strange world?
