Maybe in your mind he never waffled. But we have yet to tap that source! John Kerry is JOhn Kerry. He is a eastern, no nothing concerned with his own well being. I do not know any democrat that would support the guy for dog catcher. (other than Ted Kennedy} He is the parties push for control of a disenfranchised voter group. The dems did not keep their promises to the people who supported them in the 70's,80's and 90's. Thats why you have the Dean's, Edwards, Kucinich, Sharpton, Braun, Clark,& Lieberman candidacys. Gephart, Graham and Kerry are all party regulars, BEEN THERE DONE THAT.
