You would appreciate my awareness and foresight that my sensitivity could only lead to my supplying unequal care in such a job, and you would respect my unwillingness to discriminate in such a manner and thus seeking more suitable work to which I was qualified.

I suppose though, that if you found me unwilling to give suitable care or therapy to your grandma because her standards of cleanliness offended or frightened me, that you would question my qualifications and might perhaps take matters up with my employer, or with the appropriate Government Agency or politico. Even though you might be sensitive to my sensitivities you would perhaps not consider it excusable that they be overlooked in my job placement.
