Davis is not my favorite GOv but I do think he deserves the right to finish his term. I think we will be setting a bad precedence if we recall him. Each party will be likely to try it again and again....................it's a waste of money unless there were " high crimes" committed.

I do think he stood up to the energy companies during the "crisis". He did negotiate a bad deal with them but had to do something in order to keep companies from bailing.
Recently, it was proven that Enron and other companies did game the market out here. Ca citizens will be getting rebates on those high bills.

Many things Davis did were not to my liking but I don't believe it's a healthy thing to recall any elected official unless he or she committed " high crimes and misdemeanors".
Political parties are now experimenting with ways to change elections they didn't win.
