MrB, the Economist article was pretty standard - now that I think about it. 'Dividend yield is at an all-time low', blah blah blah... You're right - I have never encountered dividend talk on SI. And to think that tech investors would switch to bonds if bonds paid a couple % more - absurd! The traders' discussion concerns only people who want to make a fraction of a buck on each of many shares. I try to make many bucks on each of a few shares. So I don't worry about 1/8 too much. Still waiting for a report on Omega Trade Station. GM
