We established early on that there were no existing laws to force any such thing. We did? Are you sure he would almost definitely win any anti-discrimination lawsuit? The other scenario is the hypothetical that we do have a law, duly passed for what the legislators considered to be good reason. The question then becomes do we give our masseur an exemption to that law. I probably would not give him a specific exemption to the law but if one was written in that could cover him I wouldn't object to the objection (but would object to the law in the first place). Tim
