Sorry to poke my nose in, but coincidentally have just been looking at both IVOC and SONS...the first due to a question, the second due to my kid who plays it like a fiddle it seems.

Couple of small differences to note... 2.5 BILLION shares out and growing at the rate of 100 million everytime they do another S-8, the other 226 million shares out.

$600k cash, and $226 million cash.

Total assets $1 million, and $193 million
