In point of fact, no, that is decidedly NOT what autonomy is all about. Not when Saddam's crowd would likely return to seek Empire, the destruction of Isreal, and Oil theft.

You are pretty daft to expect that crap to fly with thinking people(oh, that's right, you aren't one). Pardon me.
