I did state 35% and not 37% but I don't mind the couple extra percentage points.

I think Gephardt would eventually back Dean. I do not see Kerry backing Dean until Dean gets nominated on the first ballot. I believe that Braun, Sharpton, and Graham already back Dean as they have not attacked him in the debates.

The total I assumed is only 80% of the vote with 20% undecided. Dean could also gain votes/delegates from this undecided group. However, with Gephardt's delegates, Dean would have the 50% of the delegates he needs.
