I doubt the Iranians are operating in Iraq in an overt way but have trained Iraqis who want an Iranian type state and sent them in to cause whatever trouble they can. What difference any enemy of an open society in Iraq depends ultimately on our resolve to take this momentus opportunity and make it happen.
