Oddly, after Congressional Democrats were threatened by the WH and DOJ, they were then threatened with death by Anthrax mailings which coincidently went only to opponents of the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act was also offered at 3:40 am in the morning to be voted on immediately that day before being read by Congress. Very interesting coincidence Congress was mugged. Bush and Ashcroft bullied and threatened Congress until they passed the Patriot Act with all it's unconstitutional provisions and it's creation of the Dept. of Homeland Security and without Congress even being allowed to read the act first! It was an unbelievable abuse of power siliconinvestor.com
