I don't know how it is tangential since it precisely mirrors the issue which entailed this discussion: your support of a massage therapist not treating women because you believe there is a potential for arousal. Certainly, when men and women are together in any way there is a potential for arousal. My position is that one ought to rely on training and maturity rather than simply avoiding the treatment of those of opposite sex. I find the whole idea that a professional person cannot discipline himself when treating someone of the opposite sex to be ridiculous. A person who is incapable of separating their work from their sexuality is a person who has no damn business being in a job which attracts clients from either gender.
