I think my emphasis was on "poorly trained" and "emotionally immature".

I used the terms "sheltered" and "puerile," as I recall, for someone who assumes that potential clients can't distinguish between a professional transaction and a sexual opportunity and behave accordingly. You're right about the training. I should have mentioned that, too. You would think that anyone coming in with that mindset would be disabused of it during the process of training. Either that or washed out.
