Are you saying that the most populous nations of this world have wonderful sewerage treatment? China, India? Along the coast of Africa? They all have efficient, modern sewerage treatment plants? Do you think that the US enforces the Clean Water Act of 1972 internationally? There are millions of tons of raw sewerage being dumped into our oceans each year. I wish this wasn't true. You are a very lucky person. You can close your eyes and your mind and important problems go away.
