LUM has limited market. Not touching it with a ten foot pole. Better one out there, but I am not touching it either.

Not buying into the Times Square billboard hype. It is only good for TV showing, and at night. Poor visibility in bright sunlight. People in New York City streets don't pay attention to the electronic billboards because they are too busy manuevering their vehicles or where they are walking. Pedestrians would look funny walking around with their faces and heads tilting up. Drivers have to look at traffic, not billboards. Between Christmas and New Year's eve, this billboard would be full of liquor advertisements and the photos appear in printed ads.

ADVANCED OPTICS ELECTRONICS INC (ADOT.OB) is in similar electronic billboards, targeted along the highways which is a much bigger market. They use technology that allows for brighter emission at less energy usage, thus saving energy cost to run the billboards. They installed on a highway near Seattle Washington and it was a flop because the sign is not very visible during the day. Seattle area gets too many dreary overcast days in a year. Yet this electronic billboard has not catch on. These links are news and hypes on ADOT - still at 0.005 with 52 week low at 0.0006

It was U$D 1.40 in 2000, and I sold at 0.75 back then. Despite the 0.005 pricing, one can buy or sell this at one fixed 19.95 commission through ETrade. On larger orders that take several days to fill, the total commission is still 19.95
