you can disable scanning within compressed files #reply-18526415

you can also add the file to the exclusion list

either should work

after getting a scan to complete, you can try scanning just the file in question, and you might find it works. i've had that happen #reply-18272778

bottom line is if you are satisfied that the file is not infected, just bypass it in whichever way you must in order to complete the scan.
