All of that is correct. You have to vote on the recall for your replacement vote to count, but you can vote either way on the recall and your replacement vote still counts.

I voted the same way you apparently are considering. Hope we know what we are doing. Ahnie has been VERY evasive.

I'd rather have Davis
THe only reason for preferring Davis is that he can't run again in '06 and he will most likely tar the Dem candidate in that election. Otherwise he has been an unmitigated disaster. You have to admit that he has never seen a special interest he is unwilling to sell out to.

And where is Gary Coleman on the ballot?!
His chad is so small it's invisible. :-)
