Wrong. The agents were serving valid warrants, and were shot at. Dead wrong. You have no right to 'defend' yourself against an officer serving a warrant, even if he shows up at your house in a tank. Since when did Roger Ebert become an expert at law? Jeez, and you quote the local good-ole-boy sheriff? The Waco Wackos killed 4 agents serving a valid search warrant. It does not matter if they would/could have been subsequently found not guilty of the accused crime, you cannot kill law enforcement officers who are doing their legal job. If they had allowed the warrant to be served, they may have been found not guilty. We'll never know, because they choose instead to murder the ATF agents.
