Any person who looks at the insider trades of Ken Lay during the lead up to the collapse and does not see clean conduct consistent with a stupid investor wanting to lose hundreds of million of dollar of his own money would in fact be demonstrating an idiot identification event cue. Off couse idiots seem to think others acting stupidly is a criminal offense.

The idea Mr. Lay was not duped is so silly. LOL....
