Item 2. Legal Proceedings

As of the date of this Registration Statement, the Company is not currently party to any pending legal proceeding involving any private party or federal, state, or local authority. On January 15, 1999, Atlantik International Holdings, Limited sued Infinite Coffee Corporation in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, Case No. CV-8-99-00055-PMP, alleging that on or about December 16, 1998, 343,000 shares of Company common stock were issued to SevenOaks Holdings Limited, who in turn transferred the shares to Atlantik, and that Harrison allegedly wrongfully placed a stop transfer order on the shares. The suit was settled on February 11, 1999, with both parties executing a stipulation that the stop transfer ordered be lifted in return for payment of $123,750. The case was thereafter closed and both parties released each other from any and all liability.
