Embrel already is selling $1 billion, forget their lawsuits, they have money to pay. My worry is, with only $15M in sales for 2004, how is xoma going to pay for their lawsuits, when a massive bleeding or a lymphoproliferative disorder comes to a hospital near you! They should put bpi on each Rap vial, to prevent the increase in infections with the Rap!
