Check out PANL. You might want to check out FPD suppliers such as PHTN and CFMT. PHTN makes testing and repair systems. While generally associated with the IC manufacturing community, CFMT has derived a substantial part of its revenue from the sale of wet stations used during the FPD manufacturing process.
