My impression is that they have only answered the question when the dictators in question control a lot of oil. What's yours? Not a lot of oil in Bosnia or Kosovo. Or Afghanistan. Or Haiti. Or Panama. So your impression is wrong. But even if your impression were correct, what's so bad about protecting our economic interest in the free flow of oil?
