This will send you back to the post I was responding to. Actually, the post claimed that H&Q initiated coverage with a buy. This isn't an upgrade, that is true, but when an analyst pushes out a report and initiates coverage just before an earnings release, that sometimes is a signal that they think the earnings report will surprise or confirm good news.

I haven't independently confirmed the info in Ilya's post.
