He wasn't going to any court Why havn't u mentioned the involvment of England and France?...I can imagine why not...lol The initiative came from both superpowers (at the time)...France also "sold" their mirage 4 aircrafts to Israel...to encourage the attack,one of the rare few occasions that Israel got any support from France whose interests were (still are) with those Arab countries supplying their oil needs..
